Very famous among locals. When I asked the owner of the shop regarding popularity of their Shawarma, he simply replied we belive in the quality. The same ingredients are used in case of food consumed by family. Very vibrant even at 11.30 pm. Taste was good too.

I recently visited Belad Al Sham for an authentic Arabic dining experience. This Syrian/Arabic restaurant serves up delicious Mediterranean cuisine. My group ordered several dishes like the meat and chicken kebab platter, hummus, falafel, fatayer, and shawarma. Everything was cooked excellently and tasted fresh and flavorful. You could really taste the authentic Arabic spices and styles. With Indian restaurants dominating the Dubai food scene, it can be hard to find genuine Arabic dishes. But Belad Al Sham delivers excellent, traditional Syrian fare. From the food to the decor, this place encapsulates Arabic dining. If you're looking for a break from the typical kebab joints and want to enjoy real-deal hummus, baba ghanoush, shawarma and more, I highly recommend Belad Al Sham. It's a great spot for an authentic Arabic meal in Dubai.

We dined quite late and ordered a plate of falafel which were very tasty and cruncy. Tried beef shawarma which was okay.

You feel the authentic Syrian Arab taste.. The bread and the meat and the preparation and the spices all testify to the fact that these guys have experience in making food for a long time and knows how to cook and serve and make customers happy even in a competitive place where they have 4-5 rivals trying to do the same.
